I needed a chimney cleaning and inspection, so I gave Blue Ridge Chimney Services a call. Steve and Glen came out and did an excellent job. They were very considerate of my home and left it just as clean as when they came in. After the cleaning they pulled out the camera for the inspection. They had me watch with them on the tablet and were able to walk me through and show me the deficiencies in my chimney. After the inspection was done, Steve gave me a written estimate for what the repairs would cost. I am very appreciative of the service I received, and would definitely use this company again in the future!
Nick came to my farm and calmly, methodically, and pleasantly described what he was going to do, and why. Cleaned the flue and photographed and video taped, finding all kinds of cracks. He made up an estimate for repair, and installation of stainless steel pipe.

We had another company install and service our chimney liner. I called Blue Ridge Chimney Services last year when we couldn’t get that company to return our calls, let alone make the repair that was covered under the lifetime warrenty. Our wood stove is our only source of heat, I was recovering from surgery, and this was during a bitter cold snap. After a call from Chris at Blue Ridge to verify the manufacturing company for the part we needed, the company responsible for the repair showed up. Blue Ridge had worked us into their schedule and ordered a part that they don’t keep in stock. When I called their office because I hadn’t received a bill, the receptionist told me that because of our experience with the other company Chris wanted to be a blessing to us and that there was no charge. Even though I insisted that we were so appreciative that they came, I was more than willing to pay for the service call and part, I never did recieve an invoice. Of course, we called Blue Ridge this year for our chimney inspection and sweep. Steve, our technician, was prompt and thorough. I can’t say enough good things about Blue Ridge Chimney Services!
