Important Appointment Tips

1. For the most flexible appointment times and the speediest service, it is best to schedule your annual maintenance during the spring and summer.
2. Please do not use your appliance in the 24-hour period prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow proper cooling time for our technicians.
3. Please remove items from the area in which our technicians will be working.
4. If applicable, please clean the ashes from your ash box before our technicians arrive.
